Who we are
This website is run by Infinity Infra Ventures LLP, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562110. When this notice says “we”, it means us.
What we collect, and when
We only collect what you type into one of our forms. Each form collects the following.
Enquiries and site visits (contact and landowner pages): your name and phone number; your email address, preferred visit date and message if you give them; and, for landowners, the land’s location and approximate size.
Plot applications (Apply for a plot): the plot you choose; your name, date of birth, parent’s or spouse’s name, email and phone numbers; your company and office address if you give them; your correspondence and permanent addresses; your industry, role, income band, the purpose of the purchase, how you plan to fund it and your preferred bank; how you heard about us and who referred you, if anyone; and the same personal details for a co-applicant if you add one.
Channel partner registration: your firm’s type and name, the name and number on your RERA registration, your PAN, the contact person’s name, mobile and email, and your website and address.
Lead registration by a channel partner: the customer’s name, mobile, email if given, the project they are interested in and the partner’s remarks. The partner confirms, when submitting, that the customer agreed to be contacted by us.
We record the time of each submission and the version of the consent you gave.
What we never collect online
Aadhaar numbers, photographs, signatures and bank or payment details are not collected on this website. For a plot booking we complete those with you in person. Please do not type them into any form or message box.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange site visits, process your plot application, attribute a customer to the channel partner who introduced them, and keep the records a property sale requires. We do not sell your information, and submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list.
Who can see it
Only our staff whose email addresses we have approved can open the password-protected console that shows submissions. Nothing you send is shown publicly on this website.
Two service providers process it for us: Convex, which hosts the database, and Vercel, which hosts the website. Their servers may be outside India, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up with you, and plot applications for as long as the sale and the law require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent to being contacted, and raise a complaint with us. Quote your reference (for example IIV-EQ-01023) if you have one, so we can find your record quickly.
Cookies and tracking
This website has no advertising or analytics trackers. It stores one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, so the opening animation plays only once. The staff console stores a sign-in session for staff. To stop repeated spam, forms are limited per phone number; we do not store your IP address.
